EANmatch is a digital service operated by EANmatch (VAT: DK-39223090, Hesteskoen 9, 9480 Løkken, Denmark).

1. Digital Credits

Credit purchases are final and non-refundable once added to your account balance. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that the digital service is performed instantly and expressly waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Unused Credits: Credits do not expire but cannot be converted back into cash or refunded.
  • User Input Errors: Credits consumed due to incorrectly formatted EANs (e.g., invalid characters, spacing issues, or duplicates) are not eligible for refund.
  • No Match Results: A result such as "Not Found" or "Product Missing" is considered a successfully executed request. No refunds are issued for such outcomes.

In the event of a verified technical failure on our side, affected credits will be restored to your account.

2. Tools & Automation Products

Tools and automation products (e.g., compliance solutions, invoice automations) are sold as one-time purchases and include 30 days of setup support.

As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason, provided that setup or onboarding has not yet commenced.

Loss of withdrawal right: If you explicitly request that setup or onboarding begin within the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is forfeited upon commencement of the service.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@eanmatch.com before setup commences, including your Order ID and the statement: "I hereby withdraw from my purchase."

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

3. Abuse & Misuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds or revoke credits in cases of abuse, misuse, or attempts to exploit any EANmatch service.
