EANmatch is a digital service operated by EANmatch (VAT: DK-39223090, Hesteskoen 9, 9480 Løkken, Denmark).

As a fully digital service, EANmatch does not involve any physical shipping. All purchases and products are delivered electronically as described below.

1. Digital Credits

  • Activation: After successful payment, credits are automatically added to your EANmatch account. This process typically takes less than 60 seconds.
  • Processing Results: Once you submit an EAN list, results are delivered electronically and accessible directly in your dashboard.

2. Tools & Automation Products

  • Delivery: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with setup instructions and next steps within 1 business day.
  • Setup & Onboarding: Setup is coordinated via email. The 30-day support period begins on the date of purchase.
  • Completion: Delivery is considered complete once the automation or tool has been configured and confirmed as operational.

3. Processing Times

  • Credit Activation: Instant, available 24/7.
  • EAN Processing: Near real-time. Large submissions (e.g., 2,000 EANs) are typically completed in under 15 minutes.
  • Tool Setup: Typically completed within 3–5 business days, depending on complexity and merchant configuration.

You will be notified by email at each stage of your order or setup process.

4. Delivery Issues

If you have not received your credits, results, or setup confirmation within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk folder
  2. Verify that you used the correct email address at checkout
  3. Contact us at info@eanmatch.com and include your Order ID

5. No Physical Goods

EANmatch does not sell or deliver any physical products. All services, credits, and tools are provided digitally.
