⚠️ PLAN REQUIREMENT Shopify Flow is available on all Shopify plans, but the HTTP Request action — required by this blueprint to communicate with the BTS API — is not available on the Basic plan. If you are on Basic, upgrade your plan or contact us for a custom solution.

How It Works

The automation runs in two stages. Stage 1 triggers immediately when a customer pays. Stage 2 starts 24 hours later and performs up to 7 checks over ~115 hours.

Stage 1 — Order Creation (immediate)

1 Customer pays on Shopify Trigger: order_created fires instantly
2 GET getShippingPrices Country + postal code + products (barcode as SKU)
3 Select best shipping rate GLS preferred, fallback to first available option
4 POST setCreateOrder Full customer + product details sent to BTS
5 Save BTS order number Stored as order metafield for tracking stage

Stage 2 — Tracking + Fulfillment (7 checks over ~115h)
