EANmatch is a digital service operated by Parify (VAT: DK-39223090), Denmark.
As a fully digital service, EANmatch does not involve any physical shipping. All purchases and results are delivered electronically as described below.
1. Instant Digital Delivery
- Credits: After successful payment, credits are automatically added to your EANmatch account. This process typically takes less than 60 seconds.
- Processing Results: Once you submit an EAN list, results are delivered electronically and accessible directly in your dashboard.
2. Processing Times
- Credit Activation: Instant, available 24/7.
- EAN Processing: Processing is performed in near real-time. Large submissions (e.g., 2,000 EANs) are typically completed in under 15 minutes.
You do not need to keep the page open. You will be notified by email once processing is complete.
3. Delivery Issues
If you have not received your credits or results within 15 minutes:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder
- Verify that you used the correct email address at checkout
- Contact us at info@eanmatch.com and include your Order ID
4. No Physical Goods
EANmatch does not sell or deliver any physical products. All services, credits, and results are provided digitally.
