  • Performance of a contract: Processing your account information, EAN submissions, and usage data is necessary to deliver the EANmatch service you purchased.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Processing: EAN data is used strictly to query marketplace data (e.g., eMAG) and generate results.

  • EAN Data & Results: Stored temporarily (typically up to 30 days) to allow re-download and support requests.
  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active or as required for legal and accounting purposes.

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our service. Each provider processes data only as necessary to perform their function:

  • Shopify: Hosting, checkout, and payment processing
  • Make (Integromat): Workflow automation and processing logic
  • Google Workspace: Secure data storage and email delivery
