EANmatch is a digital service operated by Parify (VAT: DK-39223090), Denmark.
This policy explains your rights regarding purchases and cancellations made through EANmatch.
1. One-Time Credit Purchases
All purchases on EANmatch are one-time credit packages. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
- Final Sale: Once payment is completed and credits are added to your account, the purchase cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Instant Delivery: Credits are delivered immediately after payment, which constitutes full execution of the digital service.
- EU Right of Withdrawal: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the digital service is performed immediately and expressly waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
- No Expiration: Credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used.
2. Order Cancellation (Before Processing)
If payment has been completed but credits have not yet been added to your account due to a verified technical delay, you may contact us immediately to request cancellation.
Once credits are successfully added to your account, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
3. Special Promotions
For limited-time offers or promotional credit packages:
- Cancellations are only accepted before credits are activated
- Once credits are visible in your account, the order is final and non-refundable
