When a customer submits the form with their name, order number, and email, they receive an instant automated confirmation email — satisfying the legal requirement for immediate acknowledgment of a withdrawal request. You stay in control of reviewing the order and processing the refund manually.

This version handles the notification step only — it does not initiate refunds automatically. A future release will add automated refund initiation and full compatibility with the Shopify Basic plan.
